PBSO Issues ‘Predator Alert’ for Boca Raton

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office issued a “predator alert” Monday regarding a registered sex offender who has moved to the West Boca area.

Steven Jason Meizel, 62, has moved to 22969 Seaspray Place, off Route 441 (SR-7) in unincorporated Boca Raton, PBSO said. He was found guilty in 1999 of sexual battery against a juvenile between 12 and 18-years-old. In 2018, he was convicted of moving to a new address without notifying authorities.

He is described as a white male, 5-foot-11, 201-pounds, with nine tattoos, who drives a red 2017 Chrysler 300 sedan with plate number “AR4 1JG.”
