Boca Raton Police Investigating Body With ‘Multiple Gunshot Wounds’ Found in Parking Lot

Boca Raton police have launched a homicide investigation after a body was found in a parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds.

According to a statement issued Wednesday afternoon, the body was found in the parking lot at 350 Camino Gardens Boulevard around 1:45 a.m. Wednesday morning. The victim has been identified as 37-year-old Arman Motiwalla, of Plantation. The parking lot surrounds an office building, which was lightly occupied Wednesday afternoon following the statement being issued. There was no police tape or remnants of a crime scene.

“This appears to be an isolated incident and there is no threat to the public,” said Officer Jessica Desir.

State records showed Motiwalla operated a business known as One Concierge out of an office at the building where the homicide took place. The business appears to involve the provision of vehicle leasing and hospitality services. It was formed in 2016, according to the records search.
