A Boca Raton man who police say was already on felony probation in a neighboring county was arrested Wednesday after two alleged meetups with undercover detectives to whom he sold illicit pills, followed by another alleged incident during which he attempted to eat a pill after his vehicle was pulled over by city police.
Jordan G. Vallagi, 26, was arrested March 4, 2026 in connection with two meetups with undercover officers, the first of which occurred Feb. 23, 2026. Three days before the first meetup, police received a tip about a city resident selling illegal drugs, leading detectives to call a phone number associated with the suspect and arrange a meetup in the parking lot of 5150 Town Center Circle. The suspect is alleged to have offered the undercover officer 10 “beans” – slang for MDMA pills – for $200. The transaction took place as scheduled, with the undercover officer having been equipped with audio and video surveillance technology and provided with marked serial numbers.
The vehicle used in connection with the meetup, a white Jaguar SUV, was registered to a relative of the suspect, later identified as Vallagi, a police report said. During the meetup, the officer was also allegedly offered Adderall, a stimulant medication, for future reference. At the time of the transaction, the report said, Vallagi was already on probation in Broward County based on a charge of negligent homicide.
After evidence was processed, a second meetup was scheduled for March 4, 2026 at the same location. During this encounter, Vallagi allegedly sold the undercover officer six pink and orange “Hello Kitty” branded pills, four “Tesla” branded pills, one unbranded blue pill and five “30mg” imprinted pills for $300. According to the report, the pills would test positive for MDMA and fentanyl.
Police stopped the Jaguar a short time later on Glades Road, during which Vallagi is alleged to have swallowed an orange pill while officers attempted to take him into custody. The report states Vallagi allegedly refused to spit out the pill, and had to taken to the ground by officers.
Vallagi is facing two counts of possession with intent to sell illicit narcotics, a probation violation, resisting an officer and tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $25,000 combined for the numerous charges. He was being held at the Palm Beach County Jail on Thursday on the probation violation and in lieu of bail.
